Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, better known as ‘Pocahontas’ to Trump supporters and gun owners, just announced that she will ‘take a hard look’ at running for the White House after the midterms!
One of the most aggressive anti-gun radicals in the entire US Senate, Warren has a long history of backing universal gun registries as well as legislation to ban the AR15 and 30 round magazines.
The news comes as recent polling from the Boston Globe shows that almost 60% of voters in Warren’s own home state of Massachusetts think it would be a bad idea for her to run.
In fact, only 32% of Warren’s own voters think that she should run for the Democratic nomination.
“This was a shocking finding to me, given that Democrats like her so much, and she has been making moves to run for president. I would have expected her to be leading this list of potential Massachusetts presidential candidates,” said David Paleologos, director of the poll.
President Trump, who has long called Senator Warren ‘Pocahontas’ for her unfounded claims of being a Native American, recently said that he would offer her a million dollars for a DNA test to back up the claim.
Warren is expected to be just one member of a crowded field of gun control activists who may seek the Democratic nomination that will possibly include former VP Joe Biden, NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo, CA Senator Kamala Harris and others.
